In 2023, Evergreen Agricultural Technology welcomed 26 new employees recruited by the school, injecting new strength into the company. In order to help new employees quickly integrate and accelerate growth, and complete the role change as soon as possible, the company held a four-day new employee training on February 7, inviting heads of relevant functional departments, backbone and external professional coaches to teach and exchange on the spot.

As the first training for newcomers in the new year, Chairman Yao Jun attended the training and delivered a speech. He said that every employee is with the expectation of the enterprise and their own to join Evergreen Agriculture, the company should live up to expectations, to provide everyone with a platform for growth and transformation, at the same time new employees should also learn self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, to establish professionalism, truth-seeking and pragmatic, on the track of the new journey, write a wonderful life.

This training focuses on two parts: "induction training" and "competency training", covering corporate culture, safety education, employee management, company system, financial management, performance management, competency improvement, etc., to help new employees understand and integrate into Evergreen and complete the transformation.
