Education and training is a vital part of Changrong's value chain system, and Changrong is committed to working closely with major universities through education and training, aiming to cultivate senior management talents who can realize their self-worth, empower farm operation and management with teams, solve the problem of "people", and then realize the standardization and efficiency of pig farms.

In September last year, Changrong and Wageningen University carried out a four-month systematic training with " Changrong Future New Farmers Pig Production Training" as the main content, with the participation of 5 institutions, including Jinzhou Medical University, Shihezi University, Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, Changzhi Vocational and Technical College and Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College, 71 students and 17 teachers.

The curriculum consists of preparatory courses, foreign teacher training, group reports, practical training, final assessment and other links, which help students gradually understand the global pig industry, biosecurity, industrial chain and the current domestic pig breeding front-line reality by means of shallow to deep, teaching and practice assistance, theory and practice. Students have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, emancipate their minds, talk to foreign professors, touch the present, and open a new stage of deep animal husbandry professional learning through training.

In the future, Changrong will go deep into the campus with the concept of education and training, approach students, and provide diversified international pig education training and modern pig industry practical training.
