On July 18,2024, Changrong welcomed 31 animal husbandry students from Changzhi Vocational and Technical College and Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational and Technical College. In order to let everyone integrate into the big family of Shanxi Changrong as soon as possible, the company held an induction training meeting with the theme of "Join hands for a wonderful future".

In the training meeting of Shanxi Changrong deputy general manager YueXi, production director Zhang Youquan, Hunan China QuanAn agricultural science and technology co., LTD., general manager, respectively addressed to animal husbandry students to join Shanxi Changrong, and share growth experience looking to the future, encourage everyone in Changrong this platform actively learning, improve cognition, change together with Changrong.

The training has arranged four courses: Production Safety, Biosafety of Pig Breeding Farm, Performance Management, and Creating Meaningful Work. Through this training, 31 animal husbandry students strengthened the confidence of "hand in hand for a wonderful future together with Shanxi Changrong", completed the role change, and became a member of the big family of Changrong Company.
