The first mating is 230 days old, and the minimum weight is at least 150 kg. Adequate development ensures the robustness of the Hypor sow's limbs and feet, reduces foot and leg disease, extends the life of the Hypor sows by at least 10%, and reduces the culling rate of Hypor sows.

Insemination in the 2nd and 3rd estrus is key to high productivity in Hypor sows.

When mating, the sow should have no less than 14 mm of backfat, and a sufficient body condition reserve is a prerequisite for ensuring a reasonable range of loss of the Hypor sow's lactating body condition.
