Finally, when we think about what kind of value to achieve, I think it is necessary to divide it into levels, rather than being ambitious. If you want to develop in the industry for a long time, the most important thing is to build your own knowledge system and thinking model through learning. Among them, the knowledge of the industry should account for 40%-50%, and the cross-border knowledge should also account for 20%-30%, because the development of the outside world is very fast, such as technology. In addition, self-awareness is also very important, and you must constantly improve your worldview, outlook on life, values, etc.
