In this symposium, we exchanged and discussed around value chain cooperation, and analyzed and discussed the pig breeding industry.

At the meeting, Mr. Yao Jun, Chairman of Changrong, made a presentation entitled "The Future is Here, Value Chain Cooperation". Mr. Zhao Guangxing, Deputy General Manager of Changrong, took "Changrong Value Chain Service Process" as the theme and gave a detailed introduction from pig farm design, evaluation and production process, and used Changrong family farm production data as a case to illustrate the importance of Changrong model and Changrong value chain to production performance.

During the conference, Dr. Sun Jianfu, Technical Director of GMP North Region, Mr. Zhou Sijun, General Manager of Sichuan Xinmuhui, and Dr. Wang Dapeng from Cargill China also presented on "Pig Farm Health Management", "Environmental Control and Pig Farm Design", "Rationalization of Pig Farm Feeding", and "Rationalization of Pig Farm Feeding" respectively. "The farmers who attended the seminar said they benefited a lot and learned a lot of advanced pig farming experience.

At the end of the sharing session, we entered into the exchange session. We all expressed our opinions freely and affirmed the idea of Changrong model and value chain cooperation, and fully discussed and exchanged our views on batch production, culling sows, backfat management, standardized construction and standardized management of pig farms, etc. The meeting was successfully concluded in a warm discussion and full of expectation for the future.

This symposium is the first stop of Changrong model in the three northeastern provinces, which plays a positive role in promoting the further development of Changrong in Shanxi.
